§ 17.13.010. Adoption of Historical Building Code.

(a)

Except as hereinafter provided, adopting Part 8, California Historical Building Code, 2016 Edition (Part 8 of Title 24 of the California Code of Regulations), as amended and in effect on January 01, 2017. Amending Section 8-201 of Chapter 8-2. Chapters 8-1, 8-3 through 8-10 and Appendix A, are hereby adopted by reference and shall constitute and may be cited as the Historical Building Code of the City of Bradbury.

(b)

A copy of the California Historical Building Code, 2016 Edition, has been deposited in the office of the City Clerk and shall be always maintained by the Clerk for use and examination by the public.
