§ 13.07.220. Oversight Committee.

A six-member Citizen Oversight Committee is hereby established, to be comprised of the City Treasurer plus five members of the public, with each Councilmember making one appointment. The Oversight Committee shall review and make recommendations concerning the audit and collection of the funds collected and/or remitted in accordance with this chapter.
