§ 13.02.150. Hearing before City Council.

Upon receipt of the report of the Chief, the City Clerk shall set the application for hearing before the City Council at the next regular council meeting held at least five days after the receipt of the report. The Chief and the applicant shall also be notified of the time and place of said hearing.
