§ 13.02.130. Evidence to be submitted.

With every application for a license to conduct a patrol system and with every application for a patrolman's license, the applicant shall produce evidence that:
(1)

If a corporation, that it is authorized to do business in the State, and has appointed a local agent who is a registered voter of the County upon whom process may be served.

(2)

He has a license issued pursuant to Business and Professions Code § 7520 et seq.
