§ 6.11.020. Littering of streets or property.

No person shall deposit or throw onto any street, way, alley, trail, path, sidewalk or thoroughfare, whether public or private, or onto any private property of another, any paper, ashes, trash, rubbish, or refuse of any kind or nature whatsoever.
