Where the City Engineer processes a parcel map, final map, waiver, or certificate
of compliance under the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act, the subdivider shall
pay a processing fee to the City in addition to all other fees and charges required
by law. This fee, payable upon submission of the final map, parcel map, tentative
map, waiver or certificate of compliance, or a print thereof, for review by the City
Engineer or determination of compliance with Section 66492 of the Subdivision Map
Act by the City, shall be set by City Council resolution.
