§ 9.139.050. Tentative map; list of property owners required when.

With each filing of a tentative map of a subdivision, including a minor land division, the subdivider shall file a list, certified to be correct by an affidavit or by a statement made under penalty of perjury pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure § 2015.5, of the names and addresses of all persons for the preparation of hearing notices as set forth in Section 9.31.030.
