All or any part of premises found, as provided herein, to constitute a public nuisance
shall be abated by rehabilitation, demolition, or repair pursuant to the procedures
set forth herein. The procedures set forth herein shall not in any manner, however,
limit or restrict the City from enforcing City ordinances or abating public nuisances
in any other manner provided by law.
