§ 4.01.250. Application of traffic regulations.

The regulations set forth in this chapter shall apply to every person operating a vehicle of any nature whatsoever upon any road within the City and, except as to those provisions which by their very nature can have no application, shall apply to every person riding on or driving an animal on or walking on any road within the City.
